How It Works
Private Aviation, Without the Full Burden of Ownership.
Fractional ownership gives you the access and flexibility of a private jet at a fraction of the cost — with none of the operational headaches.
What Is Fractional Ownership?
A fractional share means you own a defined percentage of a specific aircraft. With Atlantic Air Partners, each aircraft is divided into five 20% shares. You own your share outright — it's a real asset, not a membership or a lease.
Your ownership percentage translates directly into flight hours, scheduling priority, and cost responsibility. When the aircraft appreciates or is sold, you participate in that outcome proportionally.
01
Acquire Your Share
Purchase a 20% fractional interest in the aircraft. Ownership is documented and legally structured. You receive a proportional interest in the aircraft's title — not a contract for services.
02
Schedule Your Flights
Coordinate flight requests on our app or with our management team. Your share entitles you to proportional use of the aircraft. We work with all owners to ensure fair, flexible scheduling.
03
We Handle Operations
Atlantic Air Partners manages all aspects of aircraft operations — maintenance, pilot referrals (or bring your own), insurance, hangar, and regulatory compliance, even ground transportation at your destination or catering on board. You fly; we handle everything else.
04
Share the Costs
Fixed and variable operating costs are divided proportionally among owners. This dramatically reduces your per-flight cost compared to sole ownership while maintaining full access.
Share Structure
The 20% Model
Each aircraft in the Atlantic Air Partners fleet is structured with five equal 20% ownership shares. This balance keeps the ownership group small enough for genuine flexibility while distributing costs meaningfully.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I want to sell my share?
Your fractional interest is a transferable asset. Atlantic Air Partners can assist in facilitating a sale to a qualified buyer, or you may sell independently. The process is similar to selling any titled asset.
How are maintenance costs handled?
All scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is managed by Atlantic Air Partners. An hourly rate applies to each of your flights which accrues towards a maintenance fund. Any overage costs are billed proportionally to each owner based on their share percentage. You receive transparent reporting on all maintenance activity.
What if I need the aircraft and another owner has it scheduled?
We work proactively with all owners to coordinate scheduling. Advance notice helps significantly. In cases of conflict, we work to find solutions — including alternative arrangements when necessary.
Is the aircraft available for charter when I'm not using it?
This is an FAA Part 91 operation and no aircraft will be used for charter type operations.
What crew and insurance is included?
Atlantic Air Partners provides a list of qualified, professional flight crew or you may bring your own. We also provide comprehensive aviation insurance on the aircraft. These costs are included in the operating cost structure shared among owners.
